Service Reception

Mechanical Lloyd Company employs a booking system - Capacity Planning System (CPS) - that allows for excellent structuring of service appointments, workshop management and customer relations. You can call or walk in to request a service appointment at your convenience. 

At your scheduled time, a Service Advisor will be available to receive the vehicle, take inventory in your presence and record problems and/or concerns. A job card is then opened using our Workshop Management System – Autoplus - which provides structured workshop management, invoicing and parts management. Autoplus is synchronized with workshop systems and provides a valuable link between the workshop and the service reception. Service advisors can check on the status of a job through CPS/Autoplus and advise you accordingly. 

Once a job is completed, a quality control check is performed to ensure that all your concerns are fully addressed. The job is then closed, invoiced and you are contacted to pick up your vehicle.
