	Qualifications and Experience: Over 30 years experience in Management. Between 1975 and 1976 on an attachment with Massey Ferguson (U.K.) Ltd. before becoming the Managing Director of the Company in 1977.
	Other Directorships/Appointments: Member of Board of Trustees of the Social Security and National Insurance Trust Member of the Governing Council of the Private Enterprise Foundation Member of Board of Private Sector Development Strategy II President of the Ghana Employers Association Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ecobank Ghana Ltd.

	Mrs. Kalysta Y. Darko-O'Kell .:. Managing Director
	Qualifications and Experience: Mrs. Kalysta Darko-O'Kell is currently the Director, Finance & Administration. She is a fully qualified member of the Association of Charted Certified Accountants, UK(ACCA). She also holds a BA in Economics and Law degree from the University of Durham UK. Mrs. Darko-O'Kell worked with Hanson UK(Heidelberg Cement Group) Bristol, Merrill Lynch London, and PriceWaterhouseCoopers Ghana, before joining Mechanical Lloyd.


	Ms. Caroline Darko .:. Secretary to the Board
	Qualifications and Experience: Ms. Darko, a lawyer by training, joined the Company in 1987 as a Management Trainee in the then Commercial Department. She was appointed Company Secretary in 1997
